The Sturgis Motorcycle Museum is launching its inaugural fundraising raffle, featuring prizes valued at over $125,000. Proceeds will directly support the museum’s mission to preserve motorcycle history and enhance its exhibits and informational programs.
Prizes:
First Prize: An original fine art piece by Danial James commemorating the 85th Anniversary of the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, valued at over $25,000.
Second Prize: A fully polished, diamond-cut 124-inch S&S engine, valued at $12,500, donated by Joe and Ellen Teresi of Easyriders Magazine.
Third Prize: A rare giclée print of David Mann’s historic Bonneville land speed record artwork, valued at over $5,000.
Fourth Prize: A Danial James art piece celebrating the legendary Chopper King bike, valued at $2,500.
Fifth to Fifteenth Prizes: Various items, including museum memberships, special edition apparel, and commemorative artwork.
The Biker Build-Off X Chopper
A centerpiece of the raffle is the historic Chopper King bike, built by ten of the world’s top motorcycle builders during the Discovery Channel’s Biker Build-Off series. Originally created for the show’s director, Hugh King, this one-of-a-kind chopper is valued at $75,000 and will be available for purchase, with proceeds benefitting the museum.
